Bohemian Rhapsody by The Muppets

From 1976 to 1981 The Muppet Show was often funny, sometimes brilliant, and always surprising. It was a vaudeville show, complete with an unappreciative audience of two grumpy old men. The Muppet Show had an impressive list of guest stars and a huge cast of recurring Muppet Players, many of which went on to star in Muppet movies and sign the Standard Rich and Famous Contract with Orson Wells.

The Muppet Show may have been the high point of Jim Henson’s amazing career, though The Wife might argue that The Dark Crystal was the high point. At any rate, The Muppets from The Muppet Show have made occasional appearances here and there over the years.

The latest Muppets endeavor seems to be their own YouTube Channel-Muppets Studio. This is a channel clearly aimed at old timers such as myself-people who watched and loved The Muppet Show and are always ready for a little bit more Muppet Mayhem.

Glad to see that Disney is putting the Cast of The Muppet Show to good use.
