Rush Limbaugh, conservative radio talk show host and spokesman for the Republican Party, is resting comfortably at The Queen’s Medical Center, where he was taken after suffering chest pains at the Kahala Hotel.

Rush’s website, rushlimbaugh.com, posted this statement:

“Rush was admitted to a Honolulu hospital today and is resting comfortably after suffering chest pains. Rush appreciates your prayers and well wishes. He will keep you updated via RushLimbaugh.com and on Thursday’s radio program.”

The cigar smoking, pill popping Rush Limbaugh seems to have had a heart attack. Back in the glory days of Ronald Regan, Rush Limbaugh seemed unstoppable with Rush Rooms set up all over the country to listen to the bombastic and abrasive liberal basher. Rush Limbaugh has once again found his base by uniting conservatives against Barrack Obama.

I haven’t listened to Rush Limbaugh for a long time-I stopped listening when Rush Limbaugh and Howard Stern stopped promoting Snapples. Rush Limbaugh has to die one of these days, and when he does someone else will step into his shoes and carry on the banner of I Am Right and You Are Wrong.

In the meantime, Rush Limbaugh is only 58 years, he’s rich, and there is every possibility he will be on the air as long as Steve Harvey was. Like Steve, I think they will have to pry the microphone from Rush’s cold, dead hands.
