Brain Games

I’ve always been a bit interested in the brain. I’ve read several books about thinking and memory and how information is stored in the brain. So I have tried a number things designed to enhance memory, improve memory, and improve brain health. I like binaural beats and ginkgo biloba. I have tried a few of those train your brain in minutes a day programs as well. Games like Brain Age and Brain Age 2 offer a bit of brain exercise and are fun as well-if you own a Nintendo. Philosophy 101-Who Am I?
