On the JJ Abrams has waaay too much time on his hands front, there is a new website linked to Slusho called Taguato Corp which has a lot of pages but doesn’t seem to say too much. Well, actually it says way too much. My favorite bit of business is the oil drilling map that tells how many billion Estimated Ultimate Recoverable Resources each well has and how big their workforce is. Slusho 1-18-08 and Jamie and Teddy
It’s been a long dry spell on the 1-18-08, slusho, monstrous, overnight, terrifying, cloveleaf, project clover field, cheese front, but there seems to be some news now from the MySpace side.There is a website called Jamie and Teddy that seems to be related to the unnamed Monstrous Movie by J J Abrams. Slusho, make that Monstrous 1-18-08
At the end of J J Abrams trailer we see the head of the Statue of Liberty come crashing down, so it is no surprise to see a headless Lady Liberty here. There is also that nice v shape in the water, indicating that something large is heading into the city. I really like the look of this one sheet. Slusho and 1-18-08 Update
JJ Abrams has said that he has nothing to do with sites like Ethan Haas and that the only official site for his new movie is 1-18-08.com. This site features three still images that can be moved around the screen. They each have a time index, 1/18/08- 12:01A, 12:36A, and 12:48A. Slusho, Cloverleaf and Why do we care?
Slusho is an odd little page that reminds me of the scene in Firefly where the crazy girl goes crazy after seeing an odd ad on TV. The Slusho ad says you can’t drink just six and has one filled cup and eight empty cups on one side and three filled cups and five empty ones on the other. It has a vaguely anime feel to it and an upbeat little tune that likely has a certain number of notes that mean something.
