Ratatouille, Three Bean Chili, and Sweet Potato Hash with Eggs

The second week of my Six Weeks using the UltraMind Solution has seen me tempted a few time.  Mainly it is bread and crackers and not double whoppers that I am thinking about. But, as with most things, out of sight and out of mind works for me.  And there is a lot of gluten free stuff out there.  The recipes are all pretty amazing as well. Cooking in The Tiny Kitchen

I like to cook.  I’ve cooked my own meals, off and on, since I was about 6 years old.  I grew up with a pretty cramped kitchen and used natural gas and a lot of cast iron cookware.   I soon enough discovered the wonder of an electric wok, an electric skillet, and the microwave.  As my skills grew I used a real Wok from time to time, found that I liked having really sharp knives, cutting boards, and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.  I found cookbooks at Goodwills and yard sales and I actually used a lot of them. …

Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay

Hell’s Kitchen is one of the better reality shows, if a bunch chefs trying to get a job with Gordon Ramsay counts as reality. The first Hell’s Kitchen was a British ITV show in 2004. A couple of the contestants walked off that show because Ramsay was too abusive. I wonder what they think of the new show? The new season of Hell’s Kitchen has the usual odd mixture of chefs completing against each other and against Gordon Ramsay for a job as an Executive Chef in one of Gordon’s restaurants.
