The latest bit of silliness around the very serious business of Micheal Vick is the Micheal Vick Dog Toy. Dogs get a chance to get even. This is not an NFL licensed product, more of a gag. It does sort of look like Micheal Vick and he is wearing sort of an NFL Atlanta Falcons jersey. It’s a cute idea to have dogs take a bite out Vick, but that toy doesn’t look very safe to me. Too many little parts that might cause choking if you actually gave it to a dog to chew on.
In case you’ve living under a rock, Vick was indited for dogfighting and dog killing not too long ago.

As usual with this story, the comments I am reading tend to fall along racial lines, with the white folks thinking it’s funny and the black folks thinking it’s wrong to kick a man when he is down and has not been proven to have done anything wrong. Or at least it seems racial, since you can’t actually see what color someone is online.
PETA has a couple of Adsense ads calling for Micheal Vick to be banned for life from the National Football League. There is also someone selling t-shirts that say Convict Vick with the cute name of Vick Let The Dogs Out. I have seen other ads asking if white people hate Micheal Vick and Is Vick Humane? This is a shocking story and it should not be any surprise that there are people that want to make money on it.
Hmm, I wonder if anyone is making dog dishes with Micheal Vick’s picture on them yet. . .
