Those flashing electronic signs that I tend to ignore on the side of the road have had a few interesting messages lately.
Seems that the ADDCO electronic road construction signs are pretty easy to hack and put your own message in. Recent notes to the public in addition to warnings of Zombies and Brits-
“Raptors ahead — Caution”
“The end is near!!!!!!!!!”
“Run for cold climates” can notes of a less civil nature be far behind?
It’s funny now, but could be a problem if the signs being hacked have some useful message and not the usual Expect Delays. Or it might make people pay attention to the signs for a change, just in case there is another pesky zombie attack.
